To reduce energy consumption, Olon has launched a long-term program to progressively install renewable energy systems in the facilities of global manufacturing network.

Over 2022, the Group has been carrying on investments in 4 out of the 11 Olon sites to install advanced solar panel systems to generate renewable energy. In Rodano, one of the most strategic sites further than HQ base, they have just successfully implemented the installation and the system is running and they have already allocated a significative investment for the next step ahead – a new massive solar system. Thanks to this investment, 15% of the electric energy used in Rodano facility will be covered by renewable source by 2023.

More than the 70% of Olon global purchases comes from suppliers that have formally accepted and signed the Code of Conduct
